You're right... but have now collected kettle and hot water bottle from Walmart and have used already... and with all the walking I've done today the pain is easing (this is what I always do at home). I should be back to normal soon. And then I can carry on with some serious shopping.

If the pain is bad get Salonpas pads they are from Japan and really work my husband broke his neck 3 yrs ago and even after healed pain is bad sometimes he says they work very well.

My knee started playing up yesterday so I filled a medium Gatorade bottle with hot water from the tap and wrapped it in a t,-shirt and used that.,(Wouldn't trust boiling water from kettle not to split the plastic and scald)

Go but heat pads cura do them in the USA or own brand much better then a hot water bottle. Enjoy your holiday .
