I away from home working so living out of premier inn food. Tonight I had tomato soup , not cream of so hopefully ok, and I had their chicken and chorizo pie which uses filo pastry and potatoes and salad. It says on the menu it’s under 600cal and I left half the potatoes so hopefully it’s not too bad. I had a subway salad for lunch today, I totally forgot to eat during the day yesterday.

Haven’t posted for a few days as I keep forgetting
Tuesday was a chicken dinner Last night was Cajun chicken pasta Tonight was steak jacket potato and creamy garlic mushrooms I’ve been to group tonight and maintained but I wasn’t brilliant on Sunday or Monday so I’m happy with that.

Today was one of the tesco sausage patties on a bagel thin with some reduced fat cheddar cheese, a few potato wedges and salad

haven't posted for a while as despite sticking to plan my weight seemed to being going in the wrong direction and I gave up though there maybe a medical reason for the fact I wasn't losing and as I really need to shift some weight and I can't afford to gain anymore I'm giving it another go as I know it should work.
Chicken breast with new potatoes and salad for dinner today no syns yet today other than a robinsons refreshed raspberry & apple drink. its 46 calories a bottle so counted it as 2.5 not sure if that is correct though anyone know? Edited at 07:52 PM. |

I forgot to take a photo of tonight’s dinner. Just baked potato with tuna and salad. Nothing fancy but really tasty.

I forgot a pic last night again! but I had a salmon fillet with baby new potatoes, broccoli, carrots and cauliflower rice with peas, spring onions and some soy sauce.
We're heading out tonight for dinner and then to see Endgame so not sure what we'll end up with or how its going to affect this weeks result - only time will tell! |
