I was hoodwinked into procuring a coconut flat white in Costa last week. It negatively impacted my sensibilities on many levels. It was a poor choice which I will have to live with for the rest of my natural. I do not wish to join your Costa/ Starbucks discussion group due to fear of flash backs.

Interested in onions and onion accessory discussion group, however.

I’ll probably get thrown out for this but I’ve been using my new travel mug in Starbucks and Costa for my usual tall skinny extra hot wet latte, if in Starbucks I might have almond milk, sometimes I’ll have coconut in Costa for a bit of variety, now my mug is a bit bigger than a tall but they always fill it right up so I get 25p off for using my own mug and I get a bit more coffee, I don’t mind if they don’t fill it up as I’m happy with just the normal amount

I’m going to get the same grief as the buffet smugglers aren’t I!( that was Buffet not budgie, that’s a whole different thread) but you know what I mean, I’m committing a crime for getting more coffee than I pay for, 😳 any fellow travel mug size felons out there? 🤣

As nice as the onion bloomer may appear, there are two issues and the first being that there is so much batter on it that the health benefit is lost, but the second and main issue being if it's not sold in Costa or Starbucks it's not allowed on this social group.

Today is a picture of my skinny extra hot and wet latte. You will note that although a tiny amount of froth is showing, it's fair to say that it's how wet should be:

After my feeble protestations about not going to Starbucks due to the tax thing, I was very miffed this morning when my fave Meadowhall Costa was jam packed so I had to resort to the below 😊 £2.25 for a medium Americano and it was quite nice actually👍

I appreciate your honesty and your ability to move on.

Welcome to the social group and I hope you get as much enjoyment from it as I do even though it’s in its infancy. There is lots more fun to come especially when the Christmas cups come out.

We love both starbucks and Costa but lean more to Starbucks , my hubbie works shifts so we tend to go for a coffee most days as when he works nightshift it is 12 hour shift and we just go and sit and have a coffee and a chat and it makes him feel that his day isn’t just work , bed , work again , he has a large filter with skinny milk and I have a large skinny iced latte with sugar free caramel and less ice so more to drink , I always load my money onto my card and then ask them to put my items through individualy to get more stars and usually earn a free drink once a week xxx

I love a starbucks. Or a Costa, but starbucks is my fave. I've actually been off coffee for about three weeks now thanks to the matcha latte. It's delicious with sugar free vanilla in it
