My mickey mouse mousse cakes
I thought you would all appreciate these mousse cakes I made, inspired by the one I had at the patisserie in Disney Springs back in 2017.
A chocolate sponge base with a dark chocolate mousse dome, covered in a red white chocolate mirror glaze. The "trousers" are made of fondant.

They look amazing! I have always fancied trying a mirror glaze but it looks like a very messy job whenever I have watched videos of it. Yours looks great!
