VA Upgrades
Hi

Which is the right telephone number to speak to someone from VA about an upgrade? I can't tell from the website whether I should call the reservations number or the flying club number.

Just tried calling and they quoted me £400 more per passenger than I was quoted online 😡 gave me some excuse about the online system showing out of date prices!

Ahhh. I find if the answer from them seems daft then give it an hour and ring again. Sad to say some of the responses are bizarre and I ignore them
