Collecting SUV from Avis at Miami Airport

Whats the procedure to get to the Hire Car Garage

I have Avis Preferred

Do you choose?
are you allocated?

Is it easy to navigate your way out?

It's very straightforward. Follow the signs to the rental car centre - you will have to go on the train thing. If you've used Avis preferred before your name will be on a screen showing what bay your car is in, if you haven't used it before you bypass the queue in the rental hall and go straight to the hut in the garage. They will check your details and let you know where your car is. Last year we got an upgrade from a group W to a 7 seat minivan. The whole process was very easy.

As above very easy process. Car is allocated to you but you can change it if required, just ask back at the garage hut.
