Disney releases cruises in batches about 18 months in advance so based on last years releases
Jan - April 2023 should be around early/mid October 2021 April - May 2023 should be around December 2021 June - Sept 2023 should be around March 2022 Sept - Dec 2023 should be around June 2022

BTW they do usually give a few days warning on what the itineraries are, just no pricing until opening day. They did however give an indication on pricing for the Wishe’s first cruises.
