Oh god me, I struggle to get past 7pm some nights. I’m an early riser which doesn’t help and I’m fine if I’m busy or out somewhere but as soon as I sit down and watch telly I’m gone. Only way to stay awake is to eat 😂

10pm for me. My alarm is set for 6am and I’m always asleep just after 10pm.
I do like the routine, although I wouldn’t like to go to sleep too much earlier as I enjoy staying up and relaxing. |

Same here. I get to around 8 and I can’t keep my eyes open, and when we go to bed I’m awake again.
We went to the cinema on Saturday night and both of us couldn’t stay awake 😂. We imagine one time we will be getting wakened by them coming into clean the place ……. |

Opposite for us in retirement. Anytime pre midnight is an early night. No early mornings though

It’s rare that I’m still up after 9pm I’ve mostly had jobs that start early in the morning and my husband was until this summer a market trader so was always up and out before 4am.
I’ve been to work this morning started at 6.30 and got home just after 1pm and already had a snooze or as my son calls it a nana nap.

I'm the complete opposite, almost never sleep before midnight. I'm very much a night owl though and have always found myself more awake/productive late at night than in the mornings!

Absolutely us too! After years of 6am starts and shifts for my husband (ex police) retirement seems to have turned our sleeping patterns upside down.
We are seldom in bed before midnight, and usually up at 8ish. I quite like it.

I get up around 4am so usually asleep before 9.30pm anyway but between 7-8pm I am exhausted this last week or so

I am always up early, I can often wake about 4am, so by evening I am so tired! I wish sometimes I could have a lie-in and then I might be able to stay up late too!
