Rope Drop Tactics EMH
I know that in order to rope drop FOP it is suggested to arrive at the gates approx 1 hour before park opening time.
But as I'm staying on site for the first few days of our holiday how does that translate for EMH? On Saturday 7th August the EMH begin at 7am. If I was to arrive at 7am if the Standby line likely to be long already at that time? Basically I'm wondering how long to be at Park Opening to Rope Drop the parks as an on site guest during EMH. And then does that change if the EMH begins at 7am instead of 8am? Any previous experiences welcomed. |

Last year we arrived 1 hour before on 'normal' opening and EMH.
It's probably not as necessary for EMH as there were only about 20 people ahead of us, but if you are early risers (and it's early in the holiday!) then it's worth it. They move you through the park at a steady rate, and on both times we were actually on the ride at the official 'rope drop' time Our tactics were rope drop FOP, straight onto Navi River Journey then back in the afternoon for a fast pass FOP |
