new disney dining credit offer
So with the news of the new Disney dining credit offer looks like we will only get $61 dollars a night for a family of 4
so this thread is to ask the best way to spend $61 dollars on food a day. Where would you choose to eat to be the most fulfilled for a day at the parks :-) |

Satuli canteen
-combination bowl meal which includes a drink $16.99 which we shared between 2 last time. 2 of those for lunch would feed 4 of us. Flame tree bbq Baked mac and cheese with pulled pork with a drink $11.99 Ribs mad chicken combo $15.99 That's $61.96. So In theory most days it wod do my family for 2 meals a day but we also like the option to snack... A lot... Maybe not so much without snack credits 🤣😉 Also I can't remember if the online menu Includes tax so maybe that to add on. Edited at 01:00 PM. |

I would use it for a few special meals, and then head offsite for cheaper options.
But if you want to make it stretch depending on the ages of the children, $61 would get you a QS meal for 4 plus possibly a couple of snacks. |

$61 is not much.
I would probably have 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches as per usual and then head off site for an evening meal. When you consider table service meals are upwards of $100 (for us as a family of 4) its not worth it. All things considered I would maybe stay off site for cheaper and use the difference as spending money for meals. |

$61 a day plus $200 gift card is not too bad on a five day stay.
Most QS meals are less than $15 a head from what I remember. |

I wouldn't try to use it to get food on a day by day basis. I would eat where I would anyway but pay for some meals with the credit.

Some of the alcoholic drinks you could have included with a QS meal on the DDP were close to $15 by themselves!
