I’ve booked return journey with them for our trip in November paying cash on day. Do you pay return fare on first journey or do you each way?

We returned yesterday from Cheyenne to CDG using the Magical Shuttle, the trip took well under an hour. The only negative I could say is that it is quite a long walk from where we were dropped off at 2F to our departure at 2D so allow extra time. On previous trips we've used rstransport who I think was a much netter option and we will use them next time.

We got the train from the airport as the station is very close and then a free bus to our Disney hotel which is right outside the train station.

That is another option, but I find usually more expensive and time consuming.
RS Transports was 40 min door to door.

Hi looking to book RS for Jan, flight arrives at 9 and pick up time is telling me 9.30, would his be enough time to get luggage and clear customs for 2 adults and 3 children, how long would rs wait on us?

They ask for your flight details so I assume they keep a check on arrival times. We took a while to get through last Christmas and RS were not evident when we arrived. I called the office and they said the driver had to keep circulating around the airport pick up location (it’s a very busy area!) as they can only wait a limited time before having to move on and drive back around. They were with us 10 mins later.
