OK, an update from us.

We've just rung DLP and been told that we definitely have 6 months to exchange vouchers for Dream passes. We've ordered 3, with vouchers to be posted to us in the UK (postage is about £3). We will be exchanging mid August 2017.

For those of you in the UK-
We asked for the price in Sterling and have paid £169 each (Euro price was €223 which is around £192), so quite a saving.

If anyone buys one of the new passes over the phone, can they ask what the price is in Sterling and then feed back on this thread? It may or may not work out cheaper, but definitely worth finding out.

That's interesting about asking for the price in sterling! Was it easy to do over the phone? I was going to order my son's online buy May ring up now, he only needs a Fantasy pass

They are only £149 (12+) with Supertrips. Although appreciate some people want to buy direct.

ETA that's Fantasy btw... so I'd be interested to hear the price from DLP in Sterling!

Easy Peasy. We rang up and asked the price of Dream Passes and they quoted the same as on the website. We asked for the price in Sterling and they gave us a much better price.

Before you ring up, check the website price and convert that to Sterling, so that you can compare and decide whether to buy or not.

At the moment -

Dream = €223 = £192 (we paid £169).

Fantasy = €179 = £154

Further update

Vouchers arrived yesterday (actually usual paper park tickets, with annual pass details and our names printed on the back). Also printed, it says has to be exchanged by September 2nd.

What date did you ring up? Do they give you exactly 6 months to exchange?

Thanks that's a good price. We paid slightly less in the end as the child's AP was in the offer too. But it's worth noting for future. I can only think they set their exchange price before Brexit and the currency drop.

We rang on Sunday 5th March (presumably not processed until 6th?), they arrived Thursday 9th March and have to be exchanged by Saturday 2nd September.

We were quoted 6 months on the phone. They've given us exactly 26 weeks to exchange.

That's interesting. I need to buy on the 27th March as we need it for 24th Sept so I may be better to buy online
