Help! small disney wedding

HI everyone,

First time posting and in need of any help available. Very small Disney wedding/close by venue information will be much appreciated.

My partner and I have decided that after 10 years, a mortgage, a child and a puppy together we should finally get married

We don't want a big fuss and have decided theres no better place for our happy day than in our happy place . We are planning on not telling anyone until we get there but are hoping our mums will come too. Along with our daughter this will be our only guests.

We will be staying onsite so have been looking at the memories wedding but would also consider a nice intimate wedding close by. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with either of these? We just want a small thing then maybe back onsite for dinner and maybe a fireworks cruise or something. Although small we still want it to be special. We have also been considering a catholic wedding although this is not a must. We know catholic weddings cant be onsite but if anyone has had one closeby we would be interested to hear about it.

if anyone can help with any of these we would be so grateful. neither of us have a clue where to start lol You may save our marriage before it has begun

Hi there,

Congrats - v exciting!

I can't help too much as I am just planning mine at the moment. I have booked a disney package at The Sea Breeze Point for 13 people (including us). I am planning on going to California Grill for dinner and then on Grand Yacht 1 to watch the fireworks!

I believe the Catholic Church charges quite a lot for out of town brides and grooms.

Some other ceremony locations are

Discovery Cove
Paradise Cove
Cyprus Gardens
Kraft Azalea Park
Swan and Dolphin Hotel

congratulations! I will keep an eye out for your posts. Sea Breeze point looks like a lovely venue, so exciting Yacht 1 is something we have looked into too so I would love to hear how you get on.

Thank you for replying. I have emailed a few places and a few churches have said they would forget the fee and accept a donation since its just the 6 of us. This sounds like just what we were looking for so I am hoping that works out. If not we have prices for discovery cove and cypress grove. Fingers crossed we can find something perfect
