I would say the Bohemian at Celebration too . We stayed there on our 40th birthday trip, with the children so not a romantic trip but it's so lovely . The happy hour is fab as is the small pool and hot tub overlooking the lake .

Have you thought about renting enough dvc points to cover your stay? That would make the Grand Floridian (or any other deluxe) much more affordable.
