The Monorails these last 3 weeks have been a disaster.
Broken down on 4 separate occasions and they must be unforeseen issues as no buses running to replace them.
Even the Resort line has had problems as we grabbed it a few times and it was so full people from the Poly and GF couldn't board!

Time for new cars I think.

The way I read it, OP is doing

WL -> Poly -> MK -> WL

the easiest way would be :

WL->MK : bus
MK -> Poly : Resort monorail (3rd stop, roughly 15 minutes) or boat
Poly -> MK : Resort monorail (2nd stop)
MK -> WL : Bus

You could take the express monorail to the TTC and just walk to the Poly, its less than 5 minutes from the TTC to the lobby.

WL to MK and return, I would use the boat.
