Dollar Miami airport rental selection

Hi, I'm picking up a Dollar car rental from Miami airport in August.

Do they allocate you a car when you check in with them or do you select from say a row of cars in the parking garage?

Anyone who has done this recently, was there a big queue?

Last time with dollar but was a work trip out of Chicargo,desk about 15 people but 5 clerks serving about 10 minute wait.
Sent to line and selected from there.
I believe vast majority at airport locations are as.

We picked up from Dollar at Miami in January. No queue, very courteous check in staff and no pressure for extras. There were plenty of cars to choose from. There were a couple of cars that seemed to have a much higher spec and only a few hundred miles on the clock, I asked if they were included and told they were. Needless to say I chose one. Overall very pleased with Dollar.

Thanks. Do you go to the parking garage and choose one or do you select one at the check in desk?
