Half board/ full board
Hi,
Looking to book for December next year and it says we get free half board or we can pay extra for full board. How does this work? I have used the DDP at DW and you justvuse your magicband how does it work at DP? What’s included and where can you eat. We are looking at the Disneyland hotel and that mentions premium half board but not sure what the difference is. Thanks in advance |

I find full board far too much food. Particularly at the Disneyland Hotel where the buffet breakfast is amazing, I would not want to eat a three course lunch and a three course dinner as well!

From April 2019 they are scrapping the counter service breakfast in the park so everyone will get the hotel buffet.

We have young children (in infants and junior school) and found full board perfect. Kids need breakfast, lunch and dinner and the time to sit together and have some food is important to us. If we had half board we’d probably spend the same anyway as the “off plan” food there is not cheap.
Premium meal plan means you can eat pretty much everywhere with your food vouchers, including princess lunch, buffalo bills and of course inventions. |

How does the meal plan work if you already have breakfast included in your package ? i.e compass club at Newport Bay.
