Rides when pregnant!

Hi all
We travel to Florida in August 2019, my daughter, she’s 33, has just discovered she is pregnant with her first baby, obviously she will avoid the roller coasters (much to her horror!) are there ary rides anyone has been on when pregnant?
I wondered about some of the simulators. I’m sure she’d be safer staying off them altogether but I said I’d ask!
Thank you xx

I’ve been to Disney parks in all three of my pregnancies, California in the first, Orlando in the other two. All three times I was early second trimester. There is still quite a lot you can go on, simulators like Star Tours and FOP probably not though. There should be a list somewhere of what rides you are advised to avoid.

I did go on Kilimanjaro Safari pregnant, it says not but I couldn’t see that represented more risk than a bumpy road, and unlike other rides on the list has no height restrictions to stop very young children going on

Here is the list

Soarin is ok based on this simulator wise. I also went on Test Track in my last pregnancy too having been on it previously, i wouldn’t do that at a later stage with a bigger bump though

Done this twice.

All rides have signage at their entrances giving clear advice about whether pregnant women should go on them or not.

My recollection was that there was little at Universal to go on.

I spent a lot of time sat in the air conditioning by the ride exits waiting for everyone to finish on rides.

Thanks for this, the Safari we thought would be ok too, I think we need to wait to see how she is when we go! It’s hard to imagine what it’s like when she’s never experienced being pregnant before, I’m sure she will be happy just being in Disney! Xx
