Patina is the restaurant group that will be operating Space 220.

It definitely isn't bookable on their site yet

Edit: and I wouldn't expect them to have direct bookings either. The also operate Via Napoli and Tutti Italia inside Epcot which are only bookable on MDE.

Only Patina's Disney Springs restaurants can be booked directly with them (Enzos, Morimoto, The Edison). Useful if you can't find the time you want on MDE for these

Lots of restaurants use OpenTable to manage their direct inventory.

I still don't think you'll see Space 220 turning up anywhere other than MDE, just like their other in park venues

Agreed. Space 220 will be on the DDP definitely and only bookable through MDE.

Their restaurants at Disney Springs can be booked through the website via Open Table but you can bypass the website and go through Open Table.

Starting to feel a bit more hopeful about our trip in August 2021, so wondering if there are any rumours or speculation when Space 220 might be ready to be launched to the public? It's the only ADR I really want to get booked when my time comes, so hopefully will be following this thread as we move back towards some sort of normality.
