Booked March 2021 possible cancellation.
Need to make my final payment. Due to go in March and have free dining in the Newport.
If cancelled will Disney honour the free dining and prices. Or will this change by what they offer at the time. Also do I need to book park reservations if staying onsite. |

As far as I know when you are staying onsite you do not need a park reservation.
One of the reasons we haven't looked at rescheduling our June trip is because it is our understanding we would lose the deal we have booked under, so we would lose our dining plan and most probably wouldn't be able to book an equivalent room type. From what I understand, you would have to rebook under whatever offers are available, which at the moment is none. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me can confirm this. |

This is true, we have cancelled our March booking and not rebooked as the deals were rubbish. We were hoping to book for July but would have need to change from 4 nights at NBC to 3 nights and then it was the same price but no dining plan where as March we had upgraded to full dining! We have ended up booking Portaventura instead on a cancellable rate and moved our EasyJet flights and will assess in June time.

Thanks you are correct. They have extended our payment date till February Just in case but warned of extra costs and no incentives we already have.
It looks like a refund then. Hopefully it will reopen later this year and I can rebook with some extras. |

I’m in the same boat booked for 1 March and paid in full, it’s a really good deal so I’ll only cancel it if I have to so I’m waiting as close as possible. Am guessing will have to cancel 😔 if I do I might give up and try to book Florida for next year instead by which time you would hope travel might be more possible...
