Advice on villa booking.

Highlands Reserve is a nice community located off of the US27 at the western end of the 192. It is not a gated community, but has houses that are a good size, most with pools and about half of them have a westerly golf course view, so you would see some nice sunsets. It's one of the older communities in the area, but the homes generally seem to be well maintained and cared for by the homeowners.
We have played golf here a few times over the years.

Best to look at owners on here but some like us are selling Dont reccomend other sites and check the cancellation especially after today

We stayed there in January in the villa owned by Tetrarch, there is a link to the villa review that you can read.
I have also stayed at Windsor Hills, Windsor Palms and Emerald Island resort, all of which are well placed for WDW.

I would definitely recommend booking a Dibb villa
Direct contact with the owner means you can ask questions about happenings in the event of cancellation due to circumstances such as Covid
I have in place a general agreement to move the non refundable booking deposit forward if required in these circumstances...and also will waiver the payment of balance by 2 months prior to arrival, to a time closer to flight departure, to ensure that money will not be lost unnecessarily
Most of us owners will allow a day or two flexibility around your booking dates, if flights are not already booked
You are unlikely to get as much flexibility with regular TO sites..

Recommending I want a villa.com, due to go June 2020 have rescheduled twice and have been so helpful. Lots of villas in Highlands reserve.
Would have gone with a dibb villa but there was no availability at the time. The owner had given us leeway of 3 days.
If we didn’t get our dates we were just going to do a cheap hotel on international drive for the days that we couldn’t get and then move.

Sorry, I missed this. This is the last one we stayed in. Absolutely no issues. Lovely villa, close to the I4 for getting about. Would reccommend.
