I just use mfp for the pedometer. I have a simple chest strap heart rate monitor for actual exercise, as it’s much more accurate than a wrist one.
Otherwise don’t eat all your Apple Watch etc calories, it’s a bit overstated normally

I never eat my exercise calories but it’s nice to see them logged alongside what you’ve eaten so this will be useful even if not 100% accurate.
