I didn’t take much at all. Mine were 3 and 4 when we went.
Just snacks, their iPads and a little pad of paper with one multi pen and 4 crayons. We always take the pad and pen with us to restaurants, was a life saver on a cruise too. Apart from that they had the little bag from virgin that didn’t last long and that was really it. The iPad had games and Netflix download. |

Get yourself to various Poundland or 1 below type shops to buy little gifts you can wrap up and give them out every hour. Worked a treat for us and didn’t matter if they lost or left them etc.
Our little girl spend loads of time in the villa playing with the wee shopkins etc sets we got. |

We also bought them stuffed toys from Walmart.
One of the best things we got was we had kids meals at Wendy’s and we got these toys like you do at McDonald’s and it was dinosaurs which my girls love and you had to had to build them. We went a few times and got those. And we also loved Mannys chophouse cos you could draw on the table cloth and they really liked that. That’s not about the plane ride tho lol |

We packed for our 4 and 6 year old recently, they used a sturdy backpack (like the ones kids have at schools). I put in them a spare pair of clothes each, headphones, tube of pringles, tablets & charging lead, their bedtime teddy and some gummy snacks, x3 small wrapped up gifts from pound shop. Once through security i got them a bottled water/juice each from WH Smiths. Everything else we kept in my DH and my hand luggage. Packing rather light worked out well for us xx

I always pack a spare set of clothes, firstly incase our suitcase goes missing and secondly incase of spilt drinks, leaky nappies, sick ending up all over one of us or 2! Would hate to be sat on the plan in wet clothes where one of the kids had knocked a drink.
