Can I just say thank you US Airtours

We booked for vegas useing hays who booked though us airtours but we cancelled Us airtours said that because they booked our B Aflights we not get anything back but if we did not mind a vocher we get everything back

so when all this Virus is over and the 2021 brochure out for US AIRTOURS we be booking to go back next September to Florida we already got over 2000 on the voucher so looks like we be staying pop again

Just to add with the money we saved as we where getting dollars

this year with luck we be in Cardiff Liverpool and for the Frist time ever with my partner we going to London for 5 days

Slightly confused. Are you saying that if you had wanted your cashback you would have not received it but if you took voucher you will get it?

sorry I did not make myself clear as we booked a package flights hotel and part of the package was done ie the flights they could not refund the full price but because we wanted to rebook for 2021 they said they do a voucher for the full price so we did not lose out they even refunded the non refundable deposit so near enough all our holiday paid for next year

I think the post is a touch confusing because you have a typo in the title and it says "injustice" when I think you meant to say "I just"

I think you can amend the heading if you want to?
