Could well be as I am Scottish. Funnily enough I don’t mind when I hear “hen”.

There are others on here I have never heard of such as boomer (don’t know what it means!).

'Like ya know' included in a sentence gets on my wick )probably as my husband uses it all the time!)

'K' instead of thousands when speaking about money.

Not a word or phrase but when people use the sound 'F' for Th' words. I just don't get it. I always remember my English teacher telling kids off for that! xx
