Full marks Admiral - this is how to treat loyal customers

Full marks to Admiral. I have multi car insurance with them. Just received email advising me that all customers with cars or vans insured with them at 20 April will receive automatic refund of £25 per vehicle. Also pleased to hear that they are not abusing the furlough scheme and are continuing to keep staff on full pay.

We’ve got a 3 car multi car policy with Admiral. That is so good of them and great customer service. Although I haven’t had an email from them!

Got my email and I’ve just renewed with them today for another year as their renewal quote was fair (after numerous searches on comparison sites) and they knocked off almost another £90 off the renewal price when I rang them.

Yes I got this too! I’ve been with them for years as they were always very competitive and only more expensive by £10 at the most which they normally knocked off anyway. Will hopefully be renewing with them again, more so after this!
