Slimming world

So I've decided while I'm on lockdown I'm going to try slimming world. Not sure it's the right time or not lol.

Can anyone tell me if tesco finest seeded bread can be used as a healthy B please.

My group is doing zoom meetings. They are half price so �2.50 a week and ours is free for NHS staff. Not sure if this is for all groups. You will have access to all the syns guides and recipes online and the usual group support. I only went back yesterday as weight was creeping back up.

There�s no writing to join. Good Luck !

Yes, I am doing zoom, really enjoy seeing the other group members, worth the �2.50 to me, others have said it's not. I will go back to the same group I the end as I love the other members. I have done lots of groups before and never enjoyed them at all, this one is different.

This month we all got the slimming world magazine delivered to home as part of the package.

I do dip in to the SW thread every now and then. I must remember !

I�m not so sure about the Zoom. We have quite a few very outgoing members and really I�m quite shy so I find it difficult to join in. I�ll try it for a few weeks. I have only put 2lbs back on so far but I couldn�t leave it much longer
