Alot of bakerys are now selling it and I heard morrisons are selling 1kg bags in their bakerys and live yeast x

I got doves farm GF from Amazon our local bakehouse and independent pizzza restaurant both selling it as well

Ok with most I use the same recipie for non gluten but use Dove Farms GF flour. Our bakehouse owner told us that this is the only one that you can generally use as a like for like though we do add about 20% Strong white dove farm GF to the rice flour. We also have the Xanthan Gum but my wife (she eats it and is GF I am not) doesnt like the taste of this.
