That little beach picnic sounds wonderful. A shame about the morning being a bit of a disappointment, it looks beautiful & I bet you are glad you’ve been.

Looking forward to the next day x
We couldn't believe how lucky we had been with the weather, we didn't expect to see such clear skies!

It was still a lovely place to visit and it was so near to San Francisco. Loved our time at the beach!

Thanks for still reading along x

It looked a lovely day in the sunshine. How nice to have an impromptu picnic on the beach.

I didn't realise there were so many things to do in San Francisco. Great pictures of the Golden Gate Bridge, and how exciting to drive across it twice! Nice little picnic on the beach, sometimes the simple, unplanned things are the best - Poppy looks like she's having so much fun playing in the waves.

There really is a lot to do in and around San Francisco, something to please everyone.

Really enjoyed our time at the beach and I agree with the unplanned and little things which turn out to be the best memories of the day. Poppy was so happy bless her, again the simple things

Thanks for reading

I so wish we had gone to Muir Woods to see the giant Redwoods but we knew the kids and men would moan as it was only my SIL and I that wanted to go.
Isn’t Sausalito just lovely? We were one of the crazy people to cycle all the way there 😂. The road that leads down from the Bridge is really twisty I agree!
Dinner at the food trucks looks fun and different.
I so wish we had gone to Musee Mecanique as I know the kids would have loved it in there. We also missed Ghiradelli Square which is almost a crime in itself! We did go to the shop in San Diego to make up for it though.
Another fab day
