A or B side to pick up

Have booked flydrive with Kenwood travel, have done on-line check in and by-pass the counter, we usually pick up from side A because we want to be out and on the 528, this time we are using the 417 and wondered if side B would be easier. Also does it matter which side you return the car to or do you have to return it to the same side you got it from.
Also we have got the visitors toll pass but presume there is a desk at both A and B sides.

We always use garage B for two reasons.

It's nearest to gates 70-99 APM 4 where all UK direct flights land and it's also very close to the 417 exit where our cars go on auto-pilot.

You can return the car to either side but for the same reason as above you'll see side B first if returning on the 417.

Yes the VTP can be collected from either.

PS We didn't actually see the VTP desk when we arrived in November but there were two reps standing opposite the car hire desks near the bottom of the escalator. The whole process took less than 5 minutes and by the time we arrived at the villa on Highgate 40 minutes later the three 417 toll transactions were already showing on my account.
