I managed to message someone via the Avis app and they’ve linked my booking. Thanks for the advice everyone. ☺️

I emailed BA and gave them all the details of my booking including my Avis preferred number and they linked them so my booking is now on my Avis preferred app. They did it within 10 minutes. I am BA fly drive also.

I phoned BA to upgrade the car and also asked if they could link my Avis preferred account to the booking.all done within 20 minutes now my booking is showing on the app.
