I’m the same ! I just try every day or so and hope that it will link soon. I only booked a week ago so it’s still early days I think. Not sure if I have the correct ref for MDE, mine is the same format as yours, begins 235-

Where is the your park code number ? I’ve bought tickets direct from Disney and they have linked fine. There’s a voucher to print from BA for Disney accommodation that has the 235- number as the hotel reservation number.

The BA rep told me to enter the 235- number for the hotel?

Didn’t realise your park code was another site 😊 Just entered my number but it’s not found there either. I’ll maybe call BA in a week or so. Here’s hoping that they did book my room and it’s not like the Virgin ones I was reading about on here !

I know what you mean... I’ve sent an email to Disney... see what they say. I booked 17/01/2020 and fly 25/10/2020.

We are in the same position. Booked back in November for Oct 20. We have the yourparkcode reference on our park ticket voucher but it doesn’t work on the yourparkcode website yet. No code on our hotel booking but there’s some wording on the hotel voucher which suggests the yourparkcode reference for our park tickets should also work for our hotel. We should be able to book fastpass+ 60 days out with our hotel. Hotel voucher says yourparkcode reference will work 60 days beforehand, park ticket voucher says not until 30 days. So annoying. I know there’s plenty of time yet but I’ve read about others having issues right up to departure. Aaarrrgh.
Please let us know if you have any luck sorting, I’ll do the same if I get any joy Edited at 06:28 PM. |

We are booked into the Swan and have 3 separate numbers none of which work in trying to link to MDE, have phone BA and Disney numerous times,no one seems to know what is happening. Seemingly the hotel is booked by BA through Hotelbeds but they only deal with operators. Not sure how to take this forward. Any advice would be greatly welcomed. Thanks

Success ! I called BA today to ask for ref number and advised agent that they could get it from the company they booked the hotel with. She put me on hold and then came back with the 12 digit reference number and said ‘this is what you need to link to my Disney experience’ so she must have spoken to someone at Hotelbeds or wherever that knew what was what ! My advice is try calling BA again and explain you need the Disney reference from their booking partner.
I’ve just entered the number she gave me on MDE and it’s all correct I know we don’t need it right now but it’s good to see it all there |
