Unlike general real estate there is not one place to look at all of the Disney Vacation Club resales on the market. Each Disney Vacation Club resale company basically has their own listings. Some sellers do list in multiple places but for the most part simply list with one company. So if you see a listing on DVCResaleMarket you want to purchase go for it or if you see one on our site BuyandSellDVC go for it. Most buyers are looking to own at a certain resort and a certain number of points so if you see it listed somewhere pull the trigger and buy it.

I have been doing this since 2004 and I wish I could help every buyer I talk to but I don't always have the listing they desire. If you end up looking for a certain resort and certain point total and want me to keep an eye out for you I would be happy to do it.
