The Green Mile, I pretty much sob the whole way through, but John Coffey at the end just breaks my heart.

Yep, that was my DH (and me too but as I said I always cry, he doesn’t)

I am not a crier but I confess ET drew a tear or two. I am always aware that it is just acting and usually don’t get too emotionally involved. My husband on the other hand ... he is a big softy and I when I see him struggle I ask him if he wants a hanky which makes him laugh and gets him through the trauma.

Edit: I can’t watch real life documentaries about wildlife as I just can’t bear watching all the animals dying and there is no way I can watch programs about disasters either. When it’s real I struggle.

Philadelphia - so many of the scenes remind me of the friends I lost prior to effective drugs plus still one of Hanks best performances (IMO) - the Maria Callas aria fills me up every time

And Judy - final scene . So pleased RZ won a BAFTA for that role

I also adore the title track - the only Springsteen song I really like

Saving Mr Banks, the scene where Pamela is at the premiere crying. Gets me every time.
