David's DVC price increase
It's in another thread but thought it worth highlighting this.
Non Premium resort (Disney's Hilton Head, Disney's Vero Beach, Disney's Saratoga Springs, Disney's Old Key West) owners receive $14.50 for all bookings Premium resort owners receive $15.50 for bookings 7 months to 11 months, $14.50 for bookings within 7 months. Renters pay either $20 or $19 accordingly. At $1.30 to the £ those figures work out as $14.50 = £11.15 $15.50 = £11.92 $19.00 = £14.61 $20.00 = £15.38 |

This puts me off Dave’s- competitor sites are paying owners the same (higher amount) for all resorts.
I’d put mine up myself now for £14 a point. Edited at 10:34 PM. |

I've just rented out points via Dave, thought I got more than expected.
I find them great to work with and so easy. I like the buffer between me and the renter. |

Agree great service and I’ve used them before, but compared to competitors they are now underpaying OKW and SSR owners.

I guess it is supply and demand, any resort with easy park access so you US peeps can pop down and do Galaxy’s Edge on a short break is probably why.

As far as I'm aware they've always classed OKW and SSR as non premium resorts and offered less for them.
Personally I always rent my points on here, I find it a lot less hassle than going through a 3rd party

I only did it once with them back in 2016- I think they were all the same then. They were very good- my 'non premium' points went the same day with the remainder going a few days later, which indicated to me they could have charged more (and given me more). Maybe mine were non premium back then and I forgot.
