SussexFamily ?!
I'm missing SussexFamily's quizzes and entertaining posts, I didn't often partake but they always gave me a few giggles.
I hope everything is okay with him and his family! |

I’ve been wondering the same.

Perhaps they have managed a little trip away somewhere? Quite a few of us have booked for a few days away (with fingers crossed)

There was a similar post to this recently about a poster, or posters, who had been absent for a while.
I own/run a similar large community messageboard (nothing to do with Disney nor travel in any way) and it is a feature of community life that long-standing frequent posters do drift away from time to time. Sometimes they come back, but sometimes they don't. Sadly, on occasion, I have found out that the poster passed away. Most famously, from my community, was a user who lost his life in the World Trade Centre attacks on 9/11. We formed a charity in his name, and have raised many tens of thousands of pounds in the years since, helping disadvantaged children both in this country and abroad, and the charity has received awards for the work undertaken. |

There have been several regulars missing at this time. We all find ourselves in a different and difficult situation. Love2plans not been around for a while either. So much going on these days. I’m sure I read that sadly SF had a death in the family?
Sometimes it’s good to take a break. I did several months ago |

Absolutely.
What I've done, on my site, is instigate an automated process to send an email to previously regular users who have gone AWOL for a period of time saying we know times are tough right now, and if they are struggling then let me know to see if I, or the wider community, can help out. My site doesn't make anything like the Dibb in advertising revenue, but anything we can do with what we have to help out those in need is money well spent. |
