Good for you Kev. Nothing like a health issue to help us see what is important in life. I am 45 and 3 yrs now diagnosed with a blood cancer which is currently being managed by a miracle drug. I appreciate life so much more now. Best of luck x

Thanks. Been having b12 injections every 2 days for the last 3 weeks and a flu jab 😆 - feel so rough and sore!

I can’t do anything about the risk, but got to deal with the neuropathy or I will be in constant pain.

Had a numb tingling tongue for about a year, partly numb foot. Then pins and needles and hoarse throat.

Was blamed on Covid. My advice would be if you are sick, ignore the gp and go with your gut.

I just kept pushing for more blood tests. Thank god

Kev. I am sorry to hear of your health issues. Worrying times but well done on pushing for more tests as many wouldn't.

As you say always go with your gut feeling as it tends to be correct.

Great idea to book for next August and I'm sure the trip will be a much needed tonic. Take care.

Decided to book for the end of August PE with Virgin - tied to them due to £1k of compensation vouchers. Cost was £3.2 k for 4 of us.

BA had very good prices also.

I would think that things will be pretty normal by next August. If not, we'll just go when restrictions are lifted.
