We have started the fast 800 diet and they have ideas on the website that will help you. The food is lovely and surprisingly filling.
Also I use the two chubby Cubs cookbook - there meals are lovely and really easy to make.

I was finding the 400 calorie meals too hard so I am now having a pink grapefruit for breakfast, 500 calories or lunch and 500 calories or dinner. Then a 100 calorie snack and decaf coffee with a bit of semi skimmed milk in it 👍🏻👍🏻
This is far more manageable for me.

I’m the same, I have no breakfast and stick to 16:8 best I can. A light lunch and a couple of snacks if needed, then save as many calories as I can for dinner (all weighed and calorie counted)
