Mobile Upgrading children to adult meals on ddp

My children will be 6 and 9, we have just five nights on site, the rest will be villa based. We have ddp but now I’m considering changing them to adult meal plan. Is this do able? How much is it and should they want to order off the children menu, can they? If upgrading to adult ddp is nt possible can they order from the adult menu?

We booked through my magic holiday

Thanks

Give My Magic Holiday a call. they were fab with us. Do you have the free DDP if so the cost should just be the ticket price per child (as you'd need to upgrade to adult tickets) which is around £20 each I think.

You can order off the kids or adult menu and sometimes they will do an adults portion of the kids meals too Xx

So how does it work if it’s a 21 day ticket but only five days on site?
Thanks

You just pay the difference between the child 21 day ticket and the adult 21 day ticket.

The difference is minimal and well worth it for the 2 * 5 days adult dining credits you will get.

If you're staying at a moderate and have paid to upgrade from free QSDP to the DDP, you'll also have to pay the adult upgrade cost for them. If you're already at a deluxe, then it's just the difference in ticket price.

Also, if you've got a package including flights, it might depend on how the holiday has been booked by the agent, as your children's DOB will need to be altered to trigger the adult ticket, but their DOB needs to match their passports for the flights. Some agents can't alter the Disney DOB independently of the flight DOB, and if that's the case with MMH, then you won't be able to upgrade them. Best giving them a call to find out
