We use Beth and Tim at Fairytale delivery. We have always had a great service from them. Beth is on dibb or can google her. Sorry dont think i can include direct details on her?🤔

Lately, if they deliver to your room they have been charging $6.00 . Others have told me they went to bell services to pick up the groceries themselves and were not charged. It really depends on the resort.

Disney do not usually fill your fridge with the groceries, that is highly unusual. You either normally have bell services bring it up or collect it. $6 for bringing it up.
If you search on this site there is a large thread on Instacart.
I can no longer recommend Garden Grocer due to excessive charges for food, Instacart is much cheaper and I can tell no difference in service.
