my son was lucky put in for loads of tickets(4) and got both quarter finals in Rome plus a match in Dublin earlier on that week , so its Dublin with his mates and Rome with his family the tickets cost a fortune and was hoping airfare would be reasonable!

I have given up looking for villas in Europe , like for like they are so expensive compared to the villas in Florida , add in flights and it costs more to go to Europe than it does to go to Florida ( indirect ) no park tickets as we don’t do the parks anymore but we could get two weeks in Florida for less than the price of a week in a villa in Menorca . it doesn’t make sense , maybe we are too fussy picking a villa ( 6 of us ) but like for like its way more expensive .

We found exactly the same issues, most villas that appealed to us were around £1800-2k a week. We booked this one on airbnb for £1300 for the week.

At least you have got flights sorted , Barcelona is lovely , we were there pre cruise and also docked there on another cruise .

Booked 3 iut of 11 seats, not as cheap as wed like, but 320 for 3 adults, 1 case for 2 weeks to Naples. X

I've just booked 3 weekends away for next year! Madrid, Krakow and Menorca.

Took me a couple of hours of working out all the various options to find the best prices for them all. I'm lucky as my husband no longer works Fridays, so gives us a bit more flexibility.
