Vitamin D

I have B12 injections too like many of you, and just started vit D tablets on prescription around 6 weeks ago. I have to take 2 tablets once a week for 7 weeks, then one every 4 weeks. It's hard remembering to take them! I'm not sure if I've noticed any improvement in the way I feel. Do any of you suffer with migraines, too?

I am also hypothyroid (had thyroidectomy due to Graves’ disease) and suffer with low Vit D. It seems from doing lots of reading around the subject that there is some link between the two. Like you say, it’s hard to ascertain whether you feel your thyroid levels are low or it’s low vitamin D as the feelings are very similar. Looks like there are a few of us with the same problems.
