Is it possible to e-mail them about rooms?

Does anyone have a contact address for them?

For a room location request do you mean?
It�s best to send a fax if so. I use gotfreefax.com and POFQ number is 1-407-934-5353.

No problem. I�ve just seen your countdown though and it�s advised to send it between 4-9 days before you arrive as it�s around then rooms are allocated. I sent ours 5 days before and got what we requested plus upgrade! Nothing to stop you sending another one nearer the time though

How did you word your room request please, we are going to AKL & tho its not overly important & would really rather not be overlooking the car park, but I don't want to aggravate them

It was our first on site stay last year so I basically said how we were looking forward to arriving for our first time staying at POFQ. I mentioned it was for our wedding anniversary too. Then said I�d really appreciate a top floor room and somewhere quiet.

On arrival we�d been upgraded from a standard room to a king river view on the top floor so it worked well for us!

Just keep it short and polite, you won�t aggravate them don�t worry
