Indian Creek
Hi there,
Looking for the first time to book a villa and see a bit more of Orlando, we’ve seen one that we like in Indian Creek... can anyone give me a bit more info about this area? Are there restaurants and shops nearby? It is not a gated community, does this really matter? Thank you 😀

We love Indian Creek. We've stayed there three times now. There's lots of restaurants close by - Applebees, Texas Roadhouse, Chilli's, Outback... It's literally just off the 192 without being close enough that it's busy, so easy access to everything. There's also a massive walmart been built just 5 minutes from Indian Creek - Dad found a shortcut through to it There's also a Target about 5/10 minutes away.
To Animal Kingdom using Sherberth Road you are 10 minutes drive, for the other parks you just carry on a little further. It's not gated but that wasn't something that bothered us. Any questions I'll answer them best I can Edited at 08:47 AM. |

Love this area and its really easy to drive to and from Disney, you have all the best restaurants on your doorstep on the 192 and the smaller grocery style store (formally winn dixie?) just down the road, I can only recommend this area and we only now stay here or around the four corners area now.
If I can help with any other questions please ask |

Don't know anything about the community I'm afraid but you are about 3 miles away from Rolling Oaks. In a two or three mile stretch of the 192 near there you will find Manny’s, Longhorn, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Texas Roadhouse, Red Lobster, Joes Crab Shack, Bonefish Grill, Outback, Carrabbas, Millers Ale House, Cracker Barrel, Sweet Tomatoes, Applebees, Hooters - bound to have missed a couple
There's also a large Super Target. Mick

I cant comment on Indian Creek but we have just returned and stayed at two really lovely Dibb villas, one in Sunset Lakes and one in Windsor Palms. Both fab locations, close to lots of shops and restaurants and about 8 minutes to Disney xx

We stayed in a villa for the first time in December and had one at Indian Creek. We absolutely loved the location, it was handy for everything and there was plenty places to go nearby. We're hoping to stay here on our next trip too because it ticked all the boxes for us and we really couldn't fault it.

Stayed in Indian Creek twice, no problems at all. A few mins drive to Walmart and only a little further to Publix and all the shops/restaurants mentioned above. The junior Pekos are particular fans of Millers Ale House and its sizeable desserts...
If staying in a villa, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this area again. Edited at 10:14 PM. |

It's also our favourite area having stayed 5 times and booked again for this year.
It's close to everything without being loud and busy. The villas are well laid out and there is cctv at the only entrance to the estate. We tend to use the Super Target but don't know where the Walmart is. |
