First time DVC renter and split stay questions
Hi all
I have booked a split stay 4 nights Bolder ridge and 10 nights Broadwalk, I have my 14 day tickets and both reservations on My Disney Experience I just wondered if there is anything else I need to do at the moment? I know I can reserve dinning at the 60 day window. When we move rooms how do we move our luggage or will Disney do this? This will be trip no 7 but never through DVC and never done a split stay. We booked trough DVC rentals and it was very easy to do Thanks in advance

Disney will move your luggage, just call bell services from the phone in your room once you're packed and they'll come and take your luggage away and give you a reclaim ticket, when you're in your new room call them again & they'll bring it to you. Remember to tip both sides.
Nothing else to do but enjoy

You can move your own luggage or ask Disney to do it. We’ve done it both ways. We generally take it over to the new resort early in the morning and check in. They give you your key card (magic band etc) and tell you the room will be ready later and to call to get the room number. Then we leave the luggage with Bell Services.
Occasionally, we have been given a room straight away but the majority of the time it’s 4pm. Once we’ve done that we head off to a park for the day. |
