Member Services wait time

Hey guys, has anyone called MS lately?

I need to speak to them, although no major rush and not keen on waiting for hours. Wondering what the wait time is without calling.

Do you think it's something that can be resolved with live chat? I've only used that recently and it's been really handy. Chat isn't always available but if you keep refreshing the page it will pop up for you to join.

Sadly not this time. I do find the live chat handy otherwise.

I have rung them maybe 5 times since the start of this year. Always ring up circa 3.00pm UK time and never waited more than 30 minutes mostly less.

Reporting back...

Phoned last night and my call was answered in under 30 seconds! Also had a "magical moment" - sorry to keep you all guessing but I was asked not to share. All I can say is Disney customer service is back on TOP form 😁
