DCL Testing

Hi Everyone,

We, 2 adults and 1 3yr old, are travelling to Disney World on 1st August. 5th August we are due to board the Disney Wish for a 3 night cruise however, I’m a little concerned with the testing requirements.

We all need to test before the cruise using Inspire Diagnostics however I can’t find too much information on the testing sites available. Does anyone have any experience with this? I’ve seen some people use Walgreens as we need a NAAT test, not an LFT.

Any advice is appreciated.

Chris

So I don't think you have to use Inspire Diagnositics to test I think they are just one of the companies that can be used. Its the recommended supplier I believe (and who you upload the results threw). You can however use any supplier. Also not sure you need a NAAT specifically.

From the requirements - The test must be a rapid antigen test professionally observed by a medical professional or telehealth provider, a nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT), a rapid PCR test or a lab-based PCR test.

Therefore online LFT tests such as with DocHQ would also be an option

Thanks gismo.

So do you think it would be OK to book a test from the UK, similar to the one we need to book to get in to the US in the first place, and use their results?

yes I’ve seen reports of dochq being accepted as test provider using a fit to fly video consultation
