I done it on online chat, I did try Twitter DM to enquire why the ESTA payment hadn't gone through but got nothing back. Only pain really is that they will only send out my card, DW has to log on & basically do the same thing as me, now that's a faff! 8-10 days is what I've been told. I'm just glad we found out before we were in Disney Springs trying to pull money out!
Not sure on getting cards delivered to Suntrust (  ) we were told that they wouldn't do it when there was a chance that we would be in the States before our new cards would arrive, in the end they arrived before we left.Very few of us, apart from the lucky few, will have had a chance to use them over the last 2 years! SD

We are having the same problem, including not being able to log in using the suntrust login. 🤦🏻

I can do everything but use the card, log-in is ok, DD for DVC goes out every month & I've been topping up the account & only found out about the card when my payment wouldn't go through for ESTA

This is good to know, we go in a few weeks and wanted to use funds lying in there.
