It’s basically bread you line a pudding basin with if then a mixture of summer fruits
I use frozen mixed berries and top with bread the juice and syrup from the fruit soak through and you chill it ten turn it out and serve with clotted cream
I line my pudding basin with cling film so it turns out easy
The bread goes a lovely rich pinky red

Good idea about individual portions to avoid it looking like a gloopy mess!

I’m going to say this one seems the most familiar

I thought it had more cream than Mayo but perhaps I imagined that

That sounds lovely. I am doing afternoon tea boxes for friends & family. So far each box will have:
Homemade sausage rolls
Finger sandwiches;
Egg & cress
Jubilee chicken (slight twist on coronation)
Cream cheese & cucumber
Ham & mustard
Plain scones clotted cream & strawberry jam.
Either mini Victoria sponges or vanilla & raspberry cupcakes with a jubilee rice paper topper. Found them on ebay with various pictures on.
A cherry bakewell slice.
A mini Grandmas trifle, because she was my queen.
My Gran always made us trifle when we were young. Raspberries in jelly, white blancmange, custard, topped with cream and grated chocolate.

How lovely 😁 I ordered some from Party Pieces but it hasn’t arrived yet. I’m just hoping that the weather improves though 😬 Saturday was lovely here but yesterday and today have been cold and miserable.

I would add egg and cress, ham and mustard and cream cheese and cucumber. Sounds lovely.
We have decided today to invite friends round for a bbq and cocktails 😁
