Kind of a blessing it hadn't progressed further. Does anyone remember the "classic years" building abandoned in the last recession? This one would have been a lot more visible had it been at a later stage of construction.

Downsizing and adding to existing infrastructure instead seems like a wise move in today's climate.

Kind of like Eagle Pines getting ditched and the Disney Institute becoming Saratoga!

Yep! It'll work out for the best. I'm sure it would have been a nice resort, but perhaps it looked a little too unoriginal being nearby Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness.

Suspect will see something start on the site within the next 24 months if the economy remains healthy.
